Your live consultation

A physician will meet you by secure video. Here is how the live consultation works.

1. Request the consultation

Enter your email address on the Noria Health home page, open the urgent consultation page and complete the secure Shopify checkout. You will receive an order confirmation by email.

2. Wait for an available physician

Your request is placed in the live-doctor queue. An available physician receives a time-limited invitation. As soon as a physician accepts, you receive your private KMeet video link by email. Do not share this link.

3. Join the secure video consultation

Open the private link from your email. Allow around twenty minutes, use headphones and a quiet room, and have any recent report, imaging or prescription available. Documents should only be shared through the secure consultation channel specified in your email.

Payment

Your payment details are collected securely during Shopify checkout. The physician will never ask you for card details during the video call. Your order and payment status are confirmed by Shopify email.

• No prescription, sick note or medical certificate is issued through this consultation.
