WHAT NORIA IS, AND WHAT NORIA IS NOT
Noria is a medical coordination and patient support service. Noria organises access to independent physicians and medical centres, arranges appointments and logistics, and coordinates the practical side of an international medical journey.
Noria is not a clinic. Noria does not employ the physicians who examine or treat you, does not perform medical acts, and does not give medical advice. Every clinical decision is taken by the treating physician, who is solely responsible for it. The medical contract is between you and the treating physician or medical centre.
WHAT YOU BUY ON THIS SITE
Only the services listed on this site with a price can be purchased here. Everything else shown on the site is presented for information and is arranged by quotation after a medical assessment. Adding an item to the basket does not create a medical commitment, and does not guarantee that a physician will accept your case.
TIMEFRAMES
Any timeframe stated on this site is the timeframe Noria works to when a slot is available and your file is complete. It is not a guarantee. A physician may decline a case, ask for further examinations, or propose a different pathway.
PRICES AND PAYMENT
Prices shown are in euros. Where a service is paid partly to Noria and partly to the medical centre, this is stated before you pay. You will receive an invoice for each amount paid to Noria.
CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS

LIABILITY
Noria is liable for its own coordination services. Noria is not liable for the clinical decisions, acts or omissions of independent physicians or medical centres. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
LAW
These terms are governed by English law. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence.
